Pricing Questions
What does it cost?
The first 1,000 subscribers will receive their first 3 months FREE of charge! From there, the you can choose to continue at the introductory rate of $10/ month plus any additional learner charges ($1/ learner if a family has more than 3 learners).
How does the 3 Month free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 3 months of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 3 month trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.
Are there per-user fees?
The first three learners (students) are included in the base pricing. There is a $1 per month per learner fee after the first three. Prices include unlimited access by each learner subscribed, as well as access for up to up to five parents, mentors or grandparents you create and control.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. OurLearningFolio is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.
What web browsers work with OurLearningFolio?
Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, and Chrome 4 and higher.
If I cancel, can I reactivate down the road?
If within 3 months of cancellation, not a problem. Simply send us an email indicating you want to reactivate with your OurLearningFolio username.
